This pass is almost always thick with fog that spills over the peaks into the steep valley like a stampede of falling clouds. Occasionally the sun cuts through and illuminates the lush green grasses below. Oil on Panel, varnished.

The painting is on quarter inch panel. The frame is handmade 3/8” unvarnished fir, and is 1” deep in profile. Eye screws and a wire are installed in the back, ready to hang.
